Natural State Logic reads your request before the call, so a few sentences about the workflow, the people doing it, and what you would like to change are worth more than a long description. Describe the problem rather than the tool you have in mind, and bring someone to the call who knows the workflow.

Please do not send sensitive information. No passwords, API keys, records about the people your organization serves, protected health information, or confidential documents. If a workflow needs protected data to be reviewed, that happens later under an agreed scope and access approach.

What happens next

  1. Tanner reads your request personally and replies to arrange a time.
  2. The call focuses on the problem, the systems involved, who owns the result, and whether Natural State Logic is the right fit.
  3. If it is a fit, the call also settles who does the work: a paid Workflow Review if you want it built for you, or Team Training if your people want to build it themselves. If it is not a fit, or not yet, you get a straight answer and the reason for it.
