Terms
The terms for using this website, and for the text messages and phone calls the Alrighty approvals app sends to people who ask for them.

Alrighty text messages and calls
- Program
- Alrighty notifications: text messages and automated phone calls from Alrighty, the approvals app Natural State Logic runs for its own business and its clients.
- What they say
- That an approval, task, or brief is waiting for you in Alrighty, or that one is about to expire. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
- Who receives them
- Only members of an Alrighty workspace who added their own mobile number in Alrighty Settings, confirmed it with a code, and turned texts or calls on.
- How often
- Message frequency varies with how many requests your workspace receives and how long they wait. Most people receive a few a week.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Stop
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts at once; you receive one confirmation and nothing further. You can also turn texts and calls off in Alrighty Settings.
- Help
- Reply HELP to any text, or email hello@naturalstatelogic.com.
How the texts and calls work
Alrighty is where a business owner approves, rejects, or edits what their automations want to do. When a request waits too long, Alrighty can remind the people who decide it: first in the app, then by text message, then by phone call, in the order the workspace's owner sets. The reminders stop as soon as anyone decides.
A call reads out what is waiting. For a request the workspace has marked low risk, the call may offer to approve it by pressing 1 or reject it by pressing 2; the decision is recorded in Alrighty as made by phone. A request marked high risk can only be decided in the app.
Opting in and out
Texts and calls are off until you turn them on. You opt in by adding your mobile number in Alrighty Settings, confirming it with the code sent to it, and choosing which reminders you want. Opting in is not a condition of using Alrighty or of buying anything from Natural State Logic.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately. Reply START to turn them back on. Turn calls off, or remove your number, in Alrighty Settings at any time.
Delivery
Texts and calls are delivered by wireless carriers and a telephone service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and Natural State Logic cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives. Do not rely on texts or calls as the only way you learn about a decision that matters: the app is always the source of truth.
Your information
What Alrighty keeps about your number and your messages, and who processes it, is in the Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with anyone for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Using this website
The content on this website describes Natural State Logic's services and is provided for information. It is not advice for your situation, and it does not create an engagement. Work for a client is governed by the signed engagement terms for that work, which take precedence over anything on this site.
Examples and demonstrations on this site run on made-up data. Do not send passwords, credentials, or confidential records through the contact form.
What these terms do not claim
These terms describe current practice. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not legal advice.
Changes
When practice changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top reflects the change. A change to how texts or calls work is reflected here before it applies to anyone.
